We only use natural stone for our birthstones. which can vary slightly in colour but are far more authentic than the synthetic stones that many jewellery makers use. The stones may also be slightly raw looking and they dont sparkle like glass but they are real and we think that is much better! The silver surrounds are 925 sterling silver.
